- Follow the airport signs to Boston via the Sumner Tunnel (toll)
- Take the tunnel to I-93 North
- Take I-93 North, about 12 miles to Exit 37 for I-95 South (also known as Route 128)
- Take I-95 South to Exit 32B, marked Middlesex Turnpike
- Stay right at the end of the exit ramp, turn right, and you'll be going north on Middlesex Turnpike
- Counting the traffic light where you turned right as #1, proceed to the fourth traffic light, which is Fourth Avenue
- Turn left on Fourth Avenue and go to the end of the street (one block)
- Turn right onto North Avenue
- Semilab USA is at #1 North Avenue. There is a sign on the left (saying 1 North Avenue) at the street. Semilab USA is located at the left side of the parking lot, in the middle of the building
- Get onto I-93 North
